EXPERIENCE

As an immigrant and first-generation elementary, high school and college graduate, I leverage my unique background in design, business, and technology coupled with proven creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguous, uncertain, and diverse environments and capture competitive advantages in dynamic markets. I thrive on researching, ideating, designing, prototyping, iterating, and bringing ideas to life in a holistic way that integrates the entire product ecosystem.

Throughout my versatile career in product design, research, and strategic design, I contributed significant value, innovation, and business growth to a wide range of industry sectors and market segments from agri-tech to real estate to fintech to cross-border trade to Cloud. I integrated spatial, technical, physical product, and digital product design that made a positive impact on people, businesses, and the environment in Asia, Europe, and the United States.

My career path is not a traditional career ladder with rungs up and down. My experiences have been a “jungle gym” with rungs to the right and left that have facilitated the connections to discovery, real-world learning, and depth of understanding. This ability to vision peripherally has been integral in discovering new opportunities and they have given me tremendous insights into how businesses are formed, how processes are built, and, ultimately, how growth happens.
